13 Steps to a Better You

  1. Eat high nutritionally high density vegetables and fruits daily. Vegetables twice as much as fruits.
  2. Exercise 2 to 5 times per week, if possible outside. Walk 30 minutes daily.
  3. Use turmeric, garlic, ginger and drink green tea.
  4. Take probiotics, digestive enzyme, omega 3 oils, and vitamin D3 daily.
  5. Eat fermented foods and sprouts.
  6. Make love frequently.
  7. Bring flowers home at least once a month and say “I love you” to your spouse daily.
  8. Start your day with positive affirmations and go to bed with gratitude.
  9. Do deep breathing exercises and meditate daily.
  10. No electronics 2 hours before bedtime.
  11. Do one thing daily for others without expecting anything in return.
  12. Don’t be afraid of aging. It starts on the second day after you are born.
  13. Get together with your friends weekly and laugh like a child.
