Lucy’s Spanish Rice
Ingredients
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 3-5 chopped garlic cloves
- 1.5 cups of cooked wild rice
- Cooked red beans (approx. 16 oz.)
Directions
- Sautee the onions, garlic, and beans for about 5 minutes
- Mix in Sazon Goya con cilantro y achiote
- Add wild rice and sautee for about 5 more minutes
- Add cilantro to garnish
